200,000 sq. ft. processing plant on 3,9000,000 sq. ft. lot. Phase One, of a future three-phase 400,000 sq. ft. plant, features tilt-up precast construction. This facility has tripled Blue Diamond’s production capacity within almond blanching and various natural and blanched cut products and is one of the first food facilities to incorporate principles of Integrated Project Delivery. Facility was recipient of Food Engineering Plant of the Year Award, 2014.
