During Programming, we will layer in our knowledge of building code requirements with an in-depth familiarity with hygienic standards. We understand processing environments, and recognize the importance of zone separation for optimal hygienic and sanitary design. We have worked on facilities that have employed USDA, SQF, BRC, and ISO guidelines, and always strive to exceed industry standards for sanitary design and food safety.

We pride ourselves on the efficiency of integrated Design, acknowledging the importance of all disciplines working together, even to the extent that we engage the process engineers for early input and collaboration. Every facet of our team brings unique skills and tools to the design process.

We have adopted Building Information Modeling (BIM) as our method for designing and managing many of our projects. Using Revit, we are able to elevate discipline coordination and collaboration to an optimal level, involving not just all members of the design team, but all project stakeholders, including the client.

Our Project Management is top-notch, with each discipline receiving partner-level attention and direction. All of our PMs have a great deal of experience with the special coordination needs that accompany fast-tracked projects, including effectively defining scope for multiple packages. And, as firm partners, each of these PMs is empowered to make decisions that will ensure a smoothly run, successful project.

We understand the urgency of construction, and when the project enters this stage, we focus our Contract Administration efforts on quality control. Once again, senior staff members with experience and expertise take charge, and ensure the highest level of project care. This includes timely responses to RFI’s and submittals, site visits, and active problem solving to facilitate all facets of construction.
