Laura Chenel’s Chevre

An extensive 38,000 sf remodel of this facility included 2,200 sf of shipping cold storage and 2,900 sf of second-floor office space. Construction featured insulated metal panels and solar panel roofing.

Laura Chenel’s new Sonoma creamery was awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, recognizing the design and construction of this energy-efficient and high-performing facility.
