160,000 sq. ft. cheese-making facility with an addition to an existing dryer and evaporator facility. Expansion of completely precast concrete except for an office and lab facility. Over 100,000 sq. ft. of high quality process rooms finished with acid brick floors, tiled or resinous coating-covered walls. Second level observation corridor directly under the third-level utilidor, which coordinates all electrical and utility piping serving the processing areas. Facility was recipient of Dairy Foods Plant of the Year Award, 2008.
