Tillamook County Creamery Association – Boardman, OR

The 87,000 sq. ft. cheese-making plant and cold-storage facility adjacent to the Columbia River is a new addition to the Tillamook County Creamery Association. The plant includes concrete tilt-up thermomass panels which give security yet still maintain a well-insulated building, and a walkable insulated panel deck over the entire building interior for sanitation and easy equipment and piping access.

The future expansion of this facility includes 25,000 sf of Wet Processing area and 30,000 sf of Dry Warehouse and Utility space. Additionally, the expansion will include office and support spaces, an all-concrete lactose dryer facility, and a WPC dryer facility.

The plant’s new dryer facility has been designed to meet the latest ISO standards for air change rate and cleanliness.
