Conversion of an existing 120,000 sq. ft. warehouse to corporate office, dispatch area and maintenance facility consisting of:

• Corporate area and offices, 56,000 sq. ft.

• Dispatch area and offices, 20,000 sq. ft.

• Maintenance facility 53,000 sq. ft.

• Twelve 12' x 6' repair bays

• Four 5' x 21' lube pits

• 6,000 sq. ft. shop
