Project: Welfare Square Dairy

Description:

Welfare Square Dairy was built to produce a variety of dairy products such as milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. Similar to the cannery, these products are then distributed free of charge to those in need.

This 50,000 sq. ft. dairy-processing facility includes:

• Over 14,000 sq. ft. of processing areas

• Approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of dry and cold storage

• Over 14,000 sq. ft. of offices, training facilities, and equipment rooms

The project was built with the latest sanitation and structural requirements so that this facility could provide a valuable service to the community for many decades.
