Project: Cheese-Processing Facility

Description:

New 305,000 sq. ft. cheese and whey processing facility.

• A 90 ft. high precast concrete "tower" houses the dryer, evaporator, and powder packaging.

• The facility is separated into cheese processing and whey processing, with a continuous utilidor. The utilidor is used for passage of all utility, electrical, and processing piping, keeping process rooms as sanitary and as "clean" as possible.
