• Since the majority of the cheese and whey protein plant is process area, it was built to the highest standards of sanitation according to clean-room construction.

• The plant produces and distributes 3,000,000 pounds of fresh cheese per day. It also produces some of the highest-quality whey protein in the Central Valley.
