• Fully renovate and remodel this existing plant, to optimize it as a fluid dairy.

• Substantially upgrade processing and packaging areas, employee welfare facilities, offices, and exterior appearance.

• Extensively renovate and/or or replace wastewater pretreatment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, processing, and material-handling systems.

• Phase construction to maintain plant in full production.

• Resolve pre-existing building code, zoning, and environmental issues in a challenging regulatory environment.

• Resulting building: 117,200 sq. ft.
