Description:

• 160,000 sq. ft. cheese-making facility shown under construction

• Addition to existing dryer and evaporator facility

The spaces include:

• Facility expansion of completely pre-cast concrete except for a small office and lab facility.

• Over 100,000 sq. ft. of high quality process rooms finished with acid brick floors, tiled or resinous coated walls.

• Second-level Observation Corridor directly under the Utilidor.

• Third-level Utilidor, with all electrical and utility piping serving processing areas.
